If you need to use an external relay to get your mails, use of glst is unappropriate on you server and will have no effect at all agains spam fight as glst will allways see the same incoming server (the relay server) for the same mail, and the relay server will allways retry after the first glst 'retry later' temp error on any triplet, so any spam coming in to the relay server will finally be accepted by glst. The only place for glst is on the front-end mx mail servers, in your case the relay servers used. So to fight spam in your configuration, if the relay does use nor glst nor other spam filters, is to install another spam filter like spamassasin or assp on you xmail server.
