There are several messages that I would like to be able to change. If I got
some of the messages that xmail uses, I would be hard pressed to understand
what the text means. I don't have it in front of me to read verbatim, but
one example is the message that reads "your mailserver has not DNS/MX" - Its
incorrect grammar, and the end users fixate on that as if it really was part
of the problem.

Temporary failures are the worst this way - the xmail message that's
supposed to advise the user that there has been a delay, but that no further
action is needed on their part - ends up just making them call in to ask
what all the messages mean.

So - I agree. We need a way that doesn't include writing a separate filter
for each message we need to make more understandable for the end user. The
messages the way they are now create too many needless support calls.
