Effectively, it would be nice if commands/syntaxes/... errors send an
'alert' to the "PostMaster" (as d=E9fined in server.tab file)
IMOO the possible responses from xmail for invalid commands or syntaxes =
in
various .tab files could be :
- Report 5xx error to sender (because the mail will not be processed =
until
error corrected)
OR
- Report 4xx error to sender (supposing this will be corrected promptly =
....)
Then
- In any both previous ndr, send a error report to the "PostMaster" =
email to
do corrective actions (and original mail saved in spool and in 'frozen'
state, even if "RemoveSpoolErrors=3D1" because it's not a 'smtp' error =
but a
misconfigured xmail ?).
