Ohh, in the case of SmartDnsHost all is *very* easy. XMail just prepare a 
query asking for recursion and shoot it to the SmartDnsHost. The *only* 
way XMail returns "recursion not available" is if the SmartDnsHost return 
the proper bit indicating that is not granting recursion capabilities to 
the host.
