There is a bug in smtpgw.tab processing in 1.24. I released 1.25-pre10 
that fixes that, but I forgot to announce it. Duh! :)

You very likely don't want to be using smtpgw.tab though, since it uses 
the explicit SMTP routing that not all MTAs seems to support correctly. 
The smtpfwd.tab should be working correctly though.
