If you can send the EHLO command from outside and receive mail =
correctly
except from gmail, then it seems it is not a server or firewall problem =
is
none changed in any way (no update, ...)

You could try to set some tcp dump/analysis between the zyxel firewall =
and
the modem and between the firewall and your xmail server and then send =
some
mail from gmail to your server.
The two combined captures could help you confirm where is no problem in =
your
installation.
First think to find is the 'EHLO' smtp tcp packet reaching the =
firewall.
If you can see it reaching you firewall, and you can see it on =
firwall/xmail
server side, then it seems to be a xmail server problem/filtering.
If the packet is seen at firewall input and not at xmail server input, =
then
it is a firewall problem (some auto-update ? some rules or parameters =
lost ?
check firewall config, eventually reset to manufacturer and restart =
config
from scratch, sometimes it help)
If you can't see the EHLP packet at firewall input port, then it's a =
isp or
gmail problem. Perhaps there is only one gmail server that have the =
problem
and at this time it is the current gmail server selected to serve your
domain (don't know how gmail select the sending server, it's just a =
idea),
or isp denied the gmail ip for some obscur reason. But you have th =
proof
that the packet never reach you.
