You are right, 3 custom mailprocessings were causing this problem.

I use PHPXMail v1.5 for the configuration of XMail. When a custom domain
is added, PHPXMail puts the line "WAIT<tab>0" in the "custom mail
processing" text-box by default.  Removing this line solved the problem.
