But how would one configure it's server to listen on 25 for inbound and
listen on another port for when a user wants to send mails, it this even
possible?

What are the solutions when the ISP blocks 25/465 for sending mails =
then?

Unfortunately, remote SMTP servers have the bad habit to listen to port =
25
