First at all, can you confirm if the clients IPs are /aren't presently =
in
the blacklists mentionned ?
Any entries in spammers.tab file that could match they IPs ?

At third retry, can you confirm that auth login is involved (in smtp =
log
file, last field confirm auth showing login name used on successfull =
auth)

Here at my work, on same config like yours, never heard about this =
problem
(but perhabs none of my customers reported the problem because it seems =
to
be 'temporary' and don't hurd them, or I was able to educate them to =
not
disturb me for little problems like this one :-) ).
