Hi guys, I am planning on running multiple XMail servers on the same system and I would like to ask the gurus if I am missing anything. Here is what I am going to do:
Duplicate the MailRoot folder: /mailsrv/MailRoot-srv1 /mailsrv/MailRoot-srv2 /mailsrv/MailRoot-srv3 /mailsrv/MailRoot-srv4 Change the startup files and assign specific ips to each one of them: XMAIL_ROOT=/mailsrv/MailRoot-srv1 XMAIL_CMD_LINE="-Ms /mailsrv/MailRoot-srv1 -SI 1.1.1.1:25 -PI 1.1.1.1:110 -CI 1.1.1.1:6017 -Qn 96 -B- -X- W- -Y- -F- -Pl -Ph -Sl -Fl -Cl -Ll -Yl -Ql -Qg -SX 160" PATH=$XMAIL_ROOT/bin:/usr/local/sbin:/usr/local/bin:/sbin:/bin:/usr/sbin:/us r/bin DAEMON=$XMAIL_ROOT/bin/XMail NAME=XMail-srv1 DESC="XMail Server (1)" And that's about it, it seems a little bit too easy. I need to apply this change tomorrow and I never ran many XMails on the same systems I am scared of discovering something that prevents me from doing that. Any advices? Thank you -fred _______________________________________________ xmail mailing list xmail@xmailserver.org http://xmailserver.org/mailman/listinfo/xmail
