The default mailbox format for XMail in Unix is Maildir, and if you have "mailbox" named folders, that's not Maildir. So, if you don't pass '-Mm' to the XMail command line, you FAIL. MkUsers needs to be passed the '-m' switch in order to create Maildir folders. - Davide
