if the recipient's server is the only one failing, just claim it misconfigured. Too easy, right? ;-)

I'm wondering about "your server mx.groupeab.com", because MX records for domain verseaudeveloppement.com tell me the MX servers are "mx.online.net" and "mx-cache.online.net". Maybe they reject from mx.groupeab.com because the MX servers for the domain are different? Also, you do not seem to have SPF records in place, that may be another indication for them that mx.groupeab.com is not authorized to send mail for verseaudeveloppement.com.
