It seems to work much better than most of the recent betas from what I've seen. I'm impressed. Hopefully this will mean a fine ***X port! (*NOT* that I'm criticising any efforts there, it's just that the past 3-4 DOS 0.36 betas have given me lots of problems, but beta 8 seems much more stable). Plus the revised DOS autoframeskip code seems to work lovely (PS. Is that derived from Hans and Wil's recent work on the ***X port's frameskipping code?)
