looks like it works for Kingsley.

Latest xmame, compiled with gcc 3.2, Xfree86 4.2.1

Running on Matrox G500 at 1920x1440x16 bit,
Athlon (non-'xp') 1400MHz, 1.5G RAM

Linux 2.4.19 (mandrake 9 out-of-box compilation)
PS/2 keyboard & mouse, no joysticks or USB input devices.
