I'm glad you brought that up.  Would anyone object to xmame-0.62.1 using 
the same command names as the Windows version in fileio?

To prevent a flood of "my xmamerc file is broken" messages, I could put 
the old xmame commands in the shorthand slot of the rc struct, since the 
Windows code rarely defines any shorthands.
