xmame and xmess 0.99 should be out very soon, shortly after MESS 0.99 comes out.
And about the Historic Versions... are you redesigning XMame homepage or will you just put it on the site?
Funny you should mention that. I've been doing a little bit of work on a new no-frills website using Nvu. If that drags on too long, I'll just put some simple link to it on the current site.
