According to Twisty, it was removed in 0.99u2. It is confirmed by the
changelog:
Removed -skip_disclaimer since it automatically goes away after the

Now it makes sense. I was just seeing the skip_disclaimer variable,
which is still used in the code. Okay, I've removed the option from
the CVS version of src/unix/config.c.
