Are you sure you tried a source link for commons resolver (as per the component
name)?
I just tried clicking the Source link entitled
XML Commons Resolver 1.2 - zip
This points to
https://dlcdn.apache.org//xerces/xml-commons/source/xml-commons-resolver-1.2.zip
which does not work for me.
The resolver source files are not listed here:
https://dlcdn.apache.org//xerces/xml-commons/source/
