I'm interested in making contributions to xml-commons as I rely on it for some
projects. Would I need to checkout from
[https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/xerces/xml-commons/trunk] and make patches
attached to Jira tickets or is there a GitHub.
I did look but couldn't find a repo for it in the Apache org:
