etc could need some updating, link fixing, etc. or maybe they should
all be moved into the python.org wiki at
http://www.python.org/moin/PythonXml
which currently only says
"Its all very confusing"
which might be true, and
"4Suite has the best api."
which is debatable.
any maintainers out there?
