The source of the howto is a TeX file, available from sf.net/projects/pyxml; viewcvs URL is http://pyxml.cvs.sourceforge.net/pyxml/xml/doc/xml-ref.tex?revision=1.39&view=markup You can check it out, and compile it to PDF (or whatever format you prefer) yourself.
