,Hi I have a problem with the parser
output. The content being parsed is composed of English and Hebrew. After
parsing process, all Hebrew content is unreadable ?I have received the following
messages, What seems to be the problem !HTML parser error: Input is not
proper UTF-8, indicate encoding" Found registered handler for
encoding ISO-8859-1 . closed the encoding
