I wanted to add a couple of things. First 'someone' is me, and suggested Kasimier posted because it is in the project best interest if he could get such a job. This is not a random job request on a mailing list, this is a key developper on the code you are using looking to pursue his goal. Second I would like to emphasize the role of Kasimier in the maintainance of key part of the library, especially Schemas support. He knows far more than me on the topic, so if you rely on libxml2 XSD support you really should think quite a bit about this, he is the one who understand the damn spec and most of the related code, and that's not a small feat ! The archives of this list and bugzilla are testimony of the quality of his code, good behaviour, and tenacity when faced with hard problems. Think about it, hiring him is probably an excellent opportunity to get a good programmer and a good guy in your team, and if he can continue to work on libxml2 or libxslt that would be very good for everybody !
