I am new to this group.
I would like to know 1)whether LibXML is the right candidate for decoding XML(e.g.SOAP )messages in a web service environment 2)Can LibXML decode an XML message which is encoded as UTF 16 or any other format and give the output(Element values) as UTF 16 itself or the specific format instead of giving it in the UTF-8 format. It will be really nice if someone help me. Regds Santhosh
