If you have a privileged account and want to know for sure what file
it can't find, do:
$ set watch file/class=major
$ run <your program>
$ set watch file/class=none
Here is the log, but I don't see which could be the file that can't find.
(it seems a spurious error)
(it happens only when the DTD is an external file)
(valid is VALID == "$DISK:[DIR]XML_DTD_VALIDATION.EXE")
$ valid TEST2.XML;
