[xml] HTMLparse.c has missing commas

Hello,

HTMLparse.c has
        #define BLOCK HEADING, LIST "pre",
on line 572. And
        #define INLINE PCDATA FONTSTYLE PHRASE SPECIAL FORMCTRL

There should be commas. Right now it causes menupre element in html_flow array 
and elements like iframeinput in html_inline array.
