I found ftp://xmlsoft.org/libxml2/libxml2-2.8.0.tar.gz but there doesn't appear 
to be a correlated test suite tarball? The
latest test suite tarball on the FTP site is 
ftp://xmlsoft.org/libxml2/libxml2-tests-2.7.8.tar.gz ...
