[xmlblaster] CORBA NameService cluster support

Hi,

the xmlBlaster CORBA NameService entries
have now a detailed requirement:
http://www.xmlblaster.org/xmlBlaster/doc/requirements/protocol.corba.NameService.html

This allows to register xmlBlaster clusters
with a CORBA NameService,
