silly me: I forgot to add the java_cup.jar file to the manifest. You should now check it out from cvs and recompile and it should work.

What does 'delivery with queue 'null' failed' mean?
It means simply that the exception is not happening in any queue (the 'null' tells the error manager not to remove anything from the queues).
