I guess this was a newbie kind of problem, but thanks anyway... I started the server with the port for the xmlrpc callback,
-plugin/xmlrpc/port 8089 but without -plugin/xmlrpc/hostname localhost Maybe you could put this on the requirements, (client.csharp), to be a little more explicit.
