Many thanks for your answer, @Hydriz Sholz: Since media aren't dump i think I can't consider a mediawiki install however, mysql error does not occured because of an utf-8 encoding, the database is utf-8 by default. the error append from importing the FR dump via MWDumper in a text field containing a "\n" in the text field.
@ Federico Leva Our company is creating a partnerchip with the wikipedia fondation and we can not use kiwix which is not comming from this fondation.
