There are a few products out there and more all the time.
You might want to look at XML Solutions (www.xmls.com)
and BizTalk server. The product you choose really
depends on what processes you need to support with
the conversion of EDI to XML and XML to EDI.
There are company's working in specific industry who
are working on specific XML/EDI products for that
industry.
