Are
you aware that HIPAA mandates the use of the X12 Standard in strict compliance
with the HIPAA Implementation Specification for both the 270/271 transactions,
plus several others. Given this requirement by federal law, where and how would
you plan to use XML to structure an eligiblity
inquiry?
