Hello, I've just started making my master's thesis about billing systems. As far as I've studied XML, it seems a good format for information interchange between billing data from business to business, and perhaps even from business to end-users. I would be very glad if somebody could answer my following question: Should I make a DTD on my own, or is there already defined tags (or at least guidelines) that I could use? Exact answers appreciated. I am going to define tags like: < charge type="one-time" currency="Euro" > 50 < /charge > -- Kasper Valtakari, [EMAIL PROTECTED] Making master's thesis at Siemens, Business over IP, Munich Finland, the land where people talk only when they have something to say. ------ XML/edi Group Discussion List ------ Homepage http://www.XMLedi-Group.org Unsubscribe send email to: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Leave the subject and body of the message blank Questions/requests: [EMAIL PROTECTED] To receive only one message per day (digest format) send the following message to [EMAIL PROTECTED], (leave the subject line blank) digest xmledi-group your-email-address To join the XML/edi Group complete the form located at: http://www.xmledi-group.org/xmledigroup/mail1.htm
