Sorry to take the bandwidth, but I've been getting some questions about the
above announcement.
Those of you who have already bought my book realize that I only sell my
book electronically as a PDF file. No, I haven't secretly published my
book in paper, but if you bring a printed copy of the title page from your
purchase, I guess that would be about the equivalent.
I would even be willing to sign the title page of the free download of my
book that can be obtained at any time from our web site ... just don't give
me a blank cheque to sign. :{)}
Otherwise, you can just come by and say "hello".
