FYI -- Here is DISA's procedure for handling unsubscribe requests sent to the
general list ...
-- We send a private (non-list) message to the requestor with the unsubscribe
instructions given at the bottom of each list message. Sometimes those
instructions get lost on longer threads.
-- If for some reason the unsubscribe procedure does not work for that
person, we manually take the address off the list.
So far this procedure seems to work. We appreciate your concerns. Best
