You might use the X12 standard for the 810 812 and 814, as your basis,
unless you are needing some one to provide you with the complete coding
structure.

Subject: xml DTDs for financial data
Within our company, we have many needs to send financial data to other
internal heterogeneous systems.
Does anybody have DTDs they are willing to share that are standard
accounting financial data
such as
Invoice, Payment, Customer Debit, Customer Credit, Customer Adjustment
(financial).
We have looked at OAGs and they do not include the above, and these seem so
simple
and industry generic, but no luck searching the web for them.
Any help would be appreciate.
