Very good article in the latest CIO magazine on the chemical industy, who
never adopted EDI, and their attempts at creating B2Bb exchanges and
clearinghouses based upon XML.  The two companies mentioned will be
interesting to watch to see their success rate.  It's also interesting to
note that these efforts are still based upon the ancient idea of a
clearinghouse, the bane of EDI's existance.  Anyone willing to start a
betting pool on the outcome?
