Company that I work for is trying to evaluate a Sterling Software product called Gentran NT Server. It is a MS SQL based EDI/eCommerce solution for a fairly big enterprise. Has anyone had an experience with this product and particularily with: 1. Level of complexity involved with installation and setup 2. Periodic maintenance of the product (database/net connectivity/logs) 3. External support availability (Sterling support and third party support) 4.
