Calling all Data Interchange (DI) gurus/technicans/fellow mappers.
I am currently working on an inbound 3051 837 Health Care Claims. I need to map multiple claims for the same patients. My work round solution produces multiple payer application records, one of which is blank. What are some of the alternatives you used? What triggers creation of an application record. How can I suppress creation of a blank record?
