If you have not pruchased a ZIP utility this latest from
PKWare may just tip the balance for you.

This is so easy to use its embarassing - also great 
example of integrating into the desktop - giving
users low cost solution - etc.  Don;t think they are 
using XML anywhere - but this is certainly a piece in 
the puzzle of secure interchanges.
