It is already available in the form of an add-on "DocBook 5
configuration". You are welcome to download and install it using
Options|Install Add-ons. Note that this add-on coexists peacefully with
the stock DocBook 4 configuration.

The DocBook 5 standard is in its beta7, but does not look and feel
unstable. (Neither is DocBook 5 support in XXE. It is just *slightly*
less comfortable to use than DocBook 4 support.)

I don't know this feature at all but in principle, there should not be
no problem integrating this in XXE yourself by adding supplemental
process commands/menu items.

We do not maintain these XSLT style sheets. I would recommend to file a
bug report to http://sourceforge.net/projects/docbook
