There are few chances that this happens: [1] We don't see a market for an XML document editor[*] packaged as an Eclipse plug-in. [2] There are technical difficulties: XXE is written in Java/Swing. Eclipse is written in Java/SWT. That is, we cannot just do it for fun. --- [*] Yes, we have tried Oxygen (which is not one of our competitors) both as a stand-alone application and as an Eclipse plug-in. --- PS: The user wish list http://www.xmlmind.com/xmleditor/wish_list.html should be considered as a -- truly useful -- think tank, and not as our internal TODO list.
