Thanks, I will use these URLs in my document templates.

XXE will probably never download these from the web because both the
DTD-based and the XSD-based configurations come with an XML catalog
pointing to local copies. However having these URLs is a very good thing.

PS: Out of topic: in mapGroupMod.xsd (OASIS 1.0.1), you find:

where (I think) you should find:

Same for topicgroup.

PS2: Still out of topic: Now I think I remember seing other
discrepancies between the DTD and the W3C XML Schema:

* attribute href is required in the W3C XML Schema, and not in the DTD,
for the following elements: publisher, synnoteref.
