I found source of problem. I used unmodified copy of DocBook XSL
stylesheets in my customization. This copy also contained Xalan
extensions (files extensions/xalan*.jar). Probably XXE loads all JARs in
customization, because when I removed xalan*.jar from copy of DocBook
stylesheets, problem disappeared.
