"Tools -> Edit Attribute" is like "File -> Open". It is not a command
(http://www.xmlmind.com/xmleditor/_distrib/doc/commands/index.html)
possibly having a default or user-defined binding, but rather a menu
item for which a shortcut has been defined.

"Help -> Mouse and Key Bindings" is mainly useful to quickly check if,
on a per document type basis, your custom bindings are there.

Note that providing a PDF Quick Reference Card (containing all menu
shortcuts and commonly used bindings) is on our TODO list.
