If XXE stubbornly refuses to load dita_dtd_config-3_3_0.zip, it is because: * this add-on is compatible with XXE v3.3; * you are almost certainly using an older version. If you want to use dita_dtd_config-3_3_0.zip, you really need to upgrade to XXE v3.3.
