I'm interested in supporting redlining and annotation functionality for my document types and I'm looking for some guidance on how to best approach it. Thus a few questions:
Is there anything that XMLMind supports out of the box for any of the supported document types? I've loaded an XHTML document with del and ins elements and it displays nicely, but I don't see how this would be maintained during an editing session. How would I best approach a test of concept implementation? Is replacing some macros sufficient? Do I need to look at the Java API? Which parts? Are there other redlining examples that I could be looking at? Is there anything on the roadmap for future XMLMind versions? Thanks in advance for all your answers.
