Well, I agree with you that XXE does not look very good on Windows. However it looks good on Linux using Java 1.5 (default) Metal Ocean L&F and it looks OK on the Mac. (XXE is horrible/unusable using the emulated Motif and GTK L&Fs.) We knew about JGoodies and we have already tested it. Unfortunately, using this L&F causes XXE to throw an exception during its startup. --- PS: This kind of RFE should be sent to the xmleditor-support mailing list (subscribing to the mailing list is not required), not to xsc-info.
