Use Options|Options, General section, "User Interface" frame and select "English (United States)" from the "Locale" combobox (instead of "(default)"). The localized name of keys and modifiers does not come from XXE but from the Java[tm] runtime (that is from Sun, and not from XMLmind or from Fabian Mandelbaum, an Argentinian like you, who contributed the Spanish translation).
